This machine is one of the pretreatment equipment. It is widely used in water engineering, can hold up the floater that in infall waterhead, such as float grass root, stem and leaf, bamboo and wood rubbish, and animal relique, and then step up and automatism clean out to insure the after equipment, especially the water pump.

Structure and the mainly work principle

The machine is mainly composed by machine shelf, harrow tooth chain, drive decelerate transmission equipment, material remove equipment and shield. It is used to hold up the fine sundries that did not wipe off by wide grid in city wastewater plant. The work principle: the grid under the machine shelf immerges in the intake channel to hold up the fine sundries, circumgyrate harrow tooth chain walk facing the water along the machine shelf and circumgyrate by the decelerate electricity driver, and take the sundries on the harrow tooth away the water surface. The harrow tooth turn over when arrive the top of the grid, so the sundries will enter the screw transportation machine at the power of weight and material remove equipment. The sundries can be remove to the dolly that under the machine shelf to complete the wipe off of the floater. There are two types of this machine structure: one is whole machine can circumgyrate with the heel turning shelf, the maintenance is convenience. The other one don’t have heel turning shelf, the material dropping place is convenient for machine fixing and dolly.
